NeuGroup is seeking a Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Manager to support their sales and marketing teams. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, creating sales enablement materials, and maintaining systems to connect marketing and sales functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and creative, with a passion for data-driven insights and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Partner with the marketing team to plan, execute, and support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to establish goals, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for campaigns.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain sales contracts, proposals, and agreements.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks, training materials, and internal resources.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the sales team.
