We are Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, a globally active green coffee service group. We are looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Group Sustainability Department. The role involves developing and implementing a unified sustainability data platform, integrating multiple sources and designing scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate has experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or working with sustainability-related data, and is proficient in Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or working with sustainability-related data
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL
- Experienced in data modeling and ideally have additional knowledge of Python and/or PySpark
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage
