Inside Sales Representative – Metal

New Castle Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work in its Metals location in Long Island City. The role requires an outgoing personality, good communication skills, and a willingness to work with the general public. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, managing customer orders, handling returns, and working closely with the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Must have a can-do, customer service first attitude
• Basic math skills
• Good memory to retain a working technical knowledge on vast amounts of building materials
• Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
