Role Overview

Join a small, agile team as a Category & Insights Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Work directly with the Head of Category to find distribution and whitespace opportunities across grocery, discounters, and digital. Conduct category analysis, promotional analysis, and shopper understanding using Dunnhumby and Nectar360. Have real influence over commercial decisions.

What You Will Do

Conduct deep dive category analysis, promotional analysis, and shopper understanding. Find distribution and whitespace opportunities across grocery, discounters, and digital. Work directly with the Head of Category to inform commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • Category management experience in FMCG
  • Category analysis or insight experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Commercial curiosity
  • Ability to notice what’s going on in a supermarket aisle

Benefits

  • £50,000 base salary
  • £5,000 per annum car allowance
  • 7% bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus birthday off
