Requirements
- Originate and close new insurance business through external distribution channels
- Develop strategic relationships and position Newcoast Insurance as a preferred insurance partner
- Identify and onboard high-value dealer, broker, marina, and strategic partners
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing business development and support team
