Lead the Customer & Trade Marketing strategy for priority customers and channels, ensuring flawless execution of commercial activities, demand generation, and brand activation at the point of sale.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the Annual Customer Marketing Plan aligned with Sales and Marketing priorities.
- Build customer-specific strategies including promotions, activations, visibility plans and shopper campaigns.
- Manage the annual Trade Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, monthly control (plan vs actual), proper documentation and ROI evaluation of activities.
- Measure and analyze sell-in, sell-out, market share, promotional ROI, visibility KPIs and shopper behavior to recommend optimization actions.
- Lead execution of new product launches in retail customers ensuring availability, visibility and communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply and Finance to ensure alignment and availability of inventory and materials.
- Administer MDF/Coop funds, rebates, promotional spends and ensure compliance with financial processes.
