The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and expanding strategic customer relationships, particularly in the fast-growing Data Center segment, as well as in adjacent markets such as Solar. This senior commercial role requires a blend of strategic account leadership, partner ecosystem management, and strong execution capabilities in a matrixed, international environment.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in B2B sales or Key Account Management within electrification, energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, or related sectors
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts through channel partners
- Strong track record in complex, long-cycle deal environments
- Experience in matrixed, international organizations
- Strong knowledge of French and European markets; international exposure preferred
- Mandatory experience in the Data Center market
- Strategic account management & C-level relationship building
- Channel- and partner-driven sales models
- Complex negotiation and deal structuring
- Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority
- Solid commercial and financial acumen
- Clear, impactful executive communication
- Ability to balance standardization with customer-specific solutions
- Credible, calm, and confident with senior stakeholders
