The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly analytical and strategic role responsible for driving business performance through KPI ownership, financial insights, and cross-functional partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Experience working with BI tools and Salesforce
- Proven ability to effectively partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders
- Experience working with KPIs in a recurring revenue (MRR) business model
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model complex data sets
- Experience in the tech industry preferred
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear, compelling insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and building processes from the ground up
