Requirements
- 7-12+ years as a senior growth or marketing generalist
- Strong local market fluency
- Deep familiarity with local crypto culture, media, and terminology
- Exceptional writing quality and strong English
- Analytical rigor and ability to turn messy signals into crisp recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Bias for action, structured thinking, and high editorial standards
- Fintech/crypto scale-up experience
- Existing network across key publishers/creators/events
