Lead Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functions of the Online data team, acting as a mentor and supporting your colleagues to enhance the functionality of our data solution. You will work closely with the contact centre management team to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated data sources, dashboards, and reports that provide insightful analysis of our commercial operations and support decision-making across the business.

What You Will Do

Be the first point of escalation to support your colleagues and solutionise problems. Conduct ETL processes with precision, ensuring that data from various sources is accurately analysed and reported. Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports using PowerBI to showcase KPIs, metrics, and trends.
