Requirements
- Submit and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create, review, and manage sales quotes in Salesforce CPQ tool.
- Understand and interpret software license contracts.
- Generate and support Business Operations reports.
- Calculate End-of-Life (EOL) fees for Term-based software agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
