Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist to support the implementation and activation of innovative processes that are reinventing how we measure consumer shopping behavior. You will work within the Product Design & Enhancement (PDE) team, translating measurement methodologies into country-specific solutions while ensuring technical accuracy.
What You Will Do
You will drive the efficient, reliable, scalable, and highly automated implementation of new innovations, supporting their successful adoption across markets. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management and project management.

Requirements
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Socio-economics or other related fields
- At least 3 or more years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Research or any related industry
- Knowledge of/ Interest in consumers and their behaviours and any receipt collection methodologies
- Strong aptitude for data analysis with basic knowledge of statistics, including the ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret large data sources
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Project management experience including the skill to keep the end2end overview
- Working knowledge of Python and optimally also R; esp. in the area of data extraction, data cleaning, root cause analysis and data visualization
- Experience with SQL, working with queries and large-scale databases
- Excellent communication/writing and collaboration skills, strong analytical thinking
- Interest in agile tools and agile ways of working including team player in an agile working environment
- Ability to navigate through crisis and difficult interactions together with ability to solve problems
