The Principal Data Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing SQL and MS Access–based data solutions. The role includes writing complex queries, managing data workflows, supporting data migration projects, and ensuring scalability and data quality.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries
- Manage databases using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Create and maintain MS Access databases
- Support data migration, including data type mapping, schema alignment, and quality validation
- Monitor data accuracy and implement processes for consistent data quality and governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, query errors, performance bottlenecks, and workflow dependencies
- Prepare documentation for workflows, database structures, and migration activities
- Ensure compliance with scalability, performance, and data security standards
- Communicate effectively in English with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Collaborate with the Service Director on operational improvements and migration initiatives
