Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Converse ecosystem, youth culture, creator trends, and consumer behavior
- Deep knowledge of marketplace partners, segments, and culturally relevant engagement strategies
- Proven experience in marketing planning, storytelling, and integrated campaign execution
- Strong budget management and project management capabilities
- Experience with marketing tools, analytics, and data synthesis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills
