Nitra is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager (Pharmaceuticals) to build the company’s referral partner network and develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies. The role involves identifying and prospecting relationships, closing deals, and working closely with stakeholders across the company. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or pharma sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling partner networks.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or pharma sales
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience
- Direct experience in pharmaceutical partnerships, market access, or life sciences go-to-market positions
- Background in B2B marketing or sales, with deep experience in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup
- Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders in the pharma space
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
