At Nivoda, we are passionate about empowering jewelry retailers and gemstone suppliers to thrive in today’s dynamic market. We are hiring a GTM Data Analyst to partner closely with our RevOps Leader and help build the analytical foundation of Nivoda’s revenue engine.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in a GTM analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or Strategy role
- Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable working with messy data and ambiguous questions
- Experience working with CRM data and building dashboards or performance reports – Salesforce experience is a strong plus
- Commercially minded with strong business instinct – you don’t just report numbers, you understand why they matter and design insights that change behaviour and move revenue
- Clear communicator – able to explain insights to operators and senior stakeholders
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
