Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Location: Telford – Hybrid, with occasional travel to main HQ

Salary: £150,000 – £200,000 + Equity + Bonus

Reporting to: CEO

The Opportunity

A fast-growing, tech-enabled business is seeking a commercially sharp, execution-focused Chief Revenue Officer to drive its next phase of growth. This is a strategic leadership role, not a hands-on sales position. The CRO will translate the board’s go-to-market strategy into commercial outcomes, maximising value across all channels, partners, and platforms.

Role Overview

The CRO will have end-to-end accountability for revenue performance, commercial execution, and value creation. Working through senior leaders, they will ensure strategy delivers measurable results across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the agreed commercial and go-to-market strategy across all routes to market
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic execution, not personal selling
  • Analyse data to uncover growth, optimization, and value-creation opportunities
  • Ensure consistent performance across: Direct sales, Distribution and partner channels, Wholesale, Marketing-led revenue
  • Hold senior leaders accountable for revenue and EBITDA targets (Current EBITDA: £17m | Target EBITDA: £45m)
  • Lead and develop a large, multi-disciplinary commercial organisation

  • Multiple routes to market, expanding further
  • Distribution network of 60 partners across the UK
  • Proprietary platform with significant monetisation potential

Candidate Profile

  • A senior commercial leader or former CEO ready for a high-impact execution role
  • Comfortable operating in PE-backed or fast-growth environments
  • Highly analytical, commercially inquisitive, and data-driven
  • Experienced in delivering organic growth, not just M&A or build-and-buy strategies
  • Skilled at aligning teams, holding leaders accountable, and driving measurable outcomes

  • Senior commercial leadership in tech, telecoms, SaaS, or platform businesses
  • Corporate finance, restructuring, or transformation roles with clear growth delivery
  • Leaders who understand pace, accountability, and scaling teams
