Role Overview
Account Managers at NKPR play a central role in managing client relationships and delivering integrated communications programs across industries. Based in the Toronto office, the Account Manager reports to Account Directors or senior team members and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day account execution, providing strategic input, and coaching junior staff.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day client relationships, provide strategic input into PR and social media programs, lead the development and execution of media relations initiatives, and draft and edit communication materials.

Requirements
- 6–7 years of experience in a public relations agency environment
- Post-secondary education in public relations, journalism, communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR strategies at both local and national levels
- Strong client relationship management skills with experience handling multiple accounts
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong project management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
