Role Overview
Lead and manage the Religious Tourism sales team to achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with customers and partners.
What You Will Do
Monitor sales performance, recruit and train sales team members, conduct sales meetings and performance reviews, and coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah sales and the tourism industry
- Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or Sales Manager role
- Proven experience in managing Hajj & Umrah sales teams is mandatory
