As the Sales and Business Development Director for Semiconductor and Photonics Components at Nokia, you will spearhead our growth initiatives targeting hyperscalers and optical module manufacturers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, and product management—you will shape and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue and builds enduring customer relationships.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for silicon and photonics components targeting hyperscalers and optical module manufacturers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the optical networking and high-performance computing industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships, setting and meeting ambitious sales targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs effectively.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while closing complex, high-value deals.
- Provide market insights and sales forecasts to senior leadership, leveraging CRM systems for reporting and analytics.
