Who You Are
We are looking for a Marketing Operations and Automation expert to join our team in person at our NYC headquarters. You will work directly with clients to optimize and manage their sales and marketing tech stack, implementing automation best practices to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to transform business needs into platform requirements.
- Manage and execute Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot campaigns, including nurture programs, landing pages, and emails.
- Optimize marketing automation programs across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Automate and improve data integrity, segmentation, list management, and lead processes in Salesforce.com.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintain and configure marketing automation platforms, applying best practices.
- Manage client communications via Slack, Zoom, and weekly check-ins.
- Administer platforms like Bizible, LeanData, and 6sense.
- Strategize with clients to optimize their tech stack and marketing programs.
- Handle Salesforce administration for client instances.
- Lead marketing automation platform migrations and implementations.
- Own and operate ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, and Terminus.
- Develop and present data models, including attribution reporting and marketing performance.
- Create training programs for clients and new Nomad employees.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Proven success in executing marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Strong experience with lead database management, reporting, and campaign analytics.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and growth in marketing operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for daily client interactions.
Compensation
$77,000 – $130,000 per year
