- Ensuring smooth communication, both internally and with external partners
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and production site in Kirchheimbolanden
- Providing administrative support to the production team
- Supporting the purchasing department (e.g., inventory monitoring, order administration)
- Issuing invoices in Kirchheimbolanden and for the Swiss parent company
- Processing incoming invoices in Kirchheimbolanden and for the Swiss parent company
- Coordinating internal and external correspondence
