The role involves executing and scaling affiliate marketing strategies, identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliate partners, and building strong relationships with affiliates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments
- Proven track record of owning and scaling affiliate or partnership programs
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, the customer lifecycle, and full-funnel strategy
- Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact Radius strongly preferred)
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
