Requirements
- Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team
- Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value
- Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions
- Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes
- Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery
- Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics
- Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI–ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer-friendly CLIs and integrations
- Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance
- Communicate decisions clearly, document trade-offs, and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes
