Growth Software Engineer

We are looking for a Growth Software Engineer to join our team at Nordhealth, a leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) to veterinary and therapy professionals. The role is for a builder who lives at the intersection of engineering, product, data, and growth, and will work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and GTM teams to build the infrastructure and experiences that drive adoption and expansion.

Requirements

• Strong Engineering Fundamentals: Comfortable working with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js), Laravel(PHP), Python, event tracking systems, and data integrations.
• Growth & Product Mindset: Understand growth funnels, activation, onboarding, expansion, and retention.
• High Ownership & Autonomy: Thrive in remote-first environments, take initiative, and operate with a strong sense of accountability.
• Experimentation Mentality: Enjoy shipping fast, testing ideas, learning from data, and iterating continuously.
• AI & Automation Fluency: Embrace modern workflows and use AI and automation tools to improve velocity and effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Data & Analytics Fluency: Understand tracking architecture, GTM, product analytics, attribution, and how to connect user behavior across systems and touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work well across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Data, and GTM teams, helping bridge technical and commercial goals.
