Role Overview

The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes and provides financial and operational analysis to help inform leadership decision-making.

What You Will Do

Lead and support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, develop and maintain recurring management reports, and provide financial oversight for state and government-funded contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial practices
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion

Benefits

  • Target salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annually
