Role Overview
The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes and provides financial and operational analysis to help inform leadership decision-making.
What You Will Do
Lead and support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, develop and maintain recurring management reports, and provide financial oversight for state and government-funded contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial practices
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
- Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion
Benefits
- Target salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annually
