We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in streamlining our sales processes, maintaining our CRM system, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
  • Manage CRM data integrity and implement automation strategies
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align GTM strategies
  • Assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Support onboarding and training for new sales reps

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in sales operations or similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
