We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in streamlining our sales processes, maintaining our CRM system, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Manage CRM data integrity and implement automation strategies
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align GTM strategies
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Support onboarding and training for new sales reps
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in sales operations or similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
