To support our rapidly growing sales and marketing teams, we are hiring a Marketing Operations  Lead. As a member of the marketing leadership team, you will architect systems and processes that support continued exponential growth and increase program efficiency.

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly analytical, process-obsessed operations leader with proven ability to learn quickly and adapt. We’re looking for somebody who can not only be a rockstar but who can bring the whole band together, driving cross-functional operational excellence across marketing and sales.

You will…

  • Own and optimize Notable’s marketing and sales tech stack to improve go-to-market efficiency.
  • Hire and manage contractors where needed to optimize the implementation of current and new technology.
  • Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including upload, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, and nurturing.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to define processes and workflows that improve campaign execution and team performance.
  • Develop and manage attribution models and reports that empower marketing to understand campaign ROI and inform strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaign and workflow issues when they arise.

You are a great fit because you have…

  • 5+ of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field
  • Deep technical experience with Salesforce and marketing automation (Hubspot preferred)
  • Built and owned the lead lifecycle process including ETL and lead enrichment
  • Frequently derived and presented business insights to key stakeholders (including executives)
  • Built and managed dashboards that have pulled from multiple data sources
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across sales and marketing stakeholders
