Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation
- 5–7 years of marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG companies, with strong ability to plan and run complex, multi‐channel campaigns.
- Having previous experience with weight loss programmes, eCommerce projects, or digital therapeutics helps achieve strategic goals in obesity treatment and encourages the creation of new methods.
- Expertise in creating business cases, pitch documents, and value creation presentations for strategic decisions.
- Proven market development experience, including partnership building, contracting, and managing pharmacy and e-health channels.
- Familiarity with launching new drug classes and leading innovative product introductions.
- Strong key account management skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
