The company is seeking an experienced Staff Data Engineer to join the NPS Prism team, a Bain platform providing advanced analytics. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and architectures to power NPS Prism’s analytics and client-facing applications. Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders is key to shaping and executing the platform’s data strategy.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Databricks
- Strong command of Python, SQL, and PySpark
- Experience with Delta Lake, Spark optimization, and cluster management
- Hands-on with ETL/ELT design
- Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- 6–8 years of data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or staff-level role
