Role Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying, contracting, and implementing partnerships with hospitals and alternate site infusion centers. The role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration with NS Pharma’s clinical, market access, patient services, marketing, and sales teams.

What You Will Do

Proactively identify potential hospitals and alternate site infusion centers, lead outreach to target sites, negotiate and execute contracts, facilitate training activities, and oversee logistics and pre-infusion processes.

Qualified candidates must reside in the Southwest of the United States and have a minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales position in neurology, neuromuscular, cardiology, genetics or infusible products and rare disease.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales position in neurology, neuromuscular, cardiology, genetics or infusible products and rare disease
  • Minimum of 4 years of documented success as Hospital Account Management with national and/or regional hospital system, marketing, market access, analytics, training or related roles
  • Thorough understanding of hospital systems, medical policies, pathways, protocols, and buy and bill process
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management and implementation
  • Hospital product launch experience with buy and bill outpatient facilities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
