About The Role
We are seeking an experienced VP of GTM (Go-to-Market) to design, launch, and scale Nscale’s commercial strategy across international markets. This role is critical in positioning Nscale as a leading cloud provider for AI workloads and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to customers. The GTM Leader will build the strategy, team, and execution plan that connects our technology with the organizations who need it most.
Strategy & Market Leadership
- Define and drive Nscale’s global GTM strategy across enterprise, startups, and research segments.
- Develop market segmentation, value propositions, pricing, and packaging strategies tailored to GPU cloud and AI infrastructure.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align GTM plans with roadmap priorities.
Growth & Execution
- Establish scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies across direct sales, channel, and partnerships.
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with AI companies, ISVs, integrators, and cloud marketplaces.
- Drive thought leadership and market presence through industry events, content, and executive engagement.
Team Building & Enablement
- Build and lead a high-performing GTM team across sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success.
- Develop playbooks, enablement tools, and performance metrics to ensure consistent execution.
- Foster a culture of customer obsession, operational excellence, and results orientation.
Customer & Market Insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise and AI-native customers.
- Collect and synthesize market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Anticipate industry shifts in AI and cloud adoption to keep Nscale ahead of the curve.
About You (Skills / Qualifications)
- 8-10++ years of GTM leadership experience in cloud, infrastructure, or AI technology companies.
- Track record of building GTM strategies and scaling revenue in high-growth, global environments.
- Deep understanding of GPU cloud, AI/ML workloads, and enterprise adoption dynamics.
- Strong experience developing partnerships and ecosystem plays.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-moving, international scale-up.
