Nubank is looking for a Lead Product Operations to join its team in Bogota, Colombia. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end process improvements, drive operational inner loop, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent or native Spanish and English
- Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products
- Strong experience in operations with a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational transformations
- Hands-on experience implementing solutions and delivering measurable impact
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose problems, structure insights, and develop actionable improvement plans
