We’re hiring a Founding Deployment Engineer to own the full technical sales lifecycle from designing pre-sales demos to advising on architecture and post-sales implementation. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves being customer-facing and wants to build product, not just pitch it.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Deployment Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company
- Strong coding skills (ideally in Python, JavaScript, or similar) and experience working with APIs
- Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
- Excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
