Requirements
- Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience
- Customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities, and using customer data to drive outcomes
- Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems
- Current driver’s licence
