Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Analyst supports channel, partner, and commercial marketing operations in Mexico by enabling disciplined execution of approved marketing and commercial initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating activities across distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, supporting product and equipment operational processes, and ensuring consistent follow-through across commercial channels.
What You Will Do
Provide end-to-end coordination and support for approved customer and commercial requests. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, clear communication, and appropriate follow-up. Track progress and support issue resolution to maintain execution discipline.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, commercial operations, or a related business function.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic analytical skills with experience compiling data and preparing reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and external partners.
- Proficiency with standard office and marketing tools (e.g., presentations, spreadsheets, digital platforms).
