What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and maintain the weekly/monthly forecasting process and cadence.
  • Create, maintain and a variety of reports (Pipeline, hygiene, BU Analytics, shipping and backlog).
  • Assist the Sales team with Internal Sales Processes and Systems, including SFDC hygiene and coverage model.
  • Provide on-demand reporting to support EMEA as analysis needs arise.

What We Need To See

  • 2-5 years of demonstrated ability in a similar sales operations role, ideally within the Enterprise industry preferably in a leading high-tech company, with an emphasis on sales operations, customer service, analytics and business intelligence.
  • Bachelor Degree is a related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Medium to advanced experience in SFDC Lighting, Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with Tableau and SAP would be beneficial.
  • Proactive, creative, and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.
  • A passion for winning, a solid curiosity about business strategy, and strong collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members.
  • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong interpersonal skills are critical.
  • Light travel for events and trainings: 5%
