Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Operations Specialist, based in Kochi. The ideal candidate will oversee revenue operations and processes, analyze performance metrics, and strategize improvements to ensure optimal efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals, managing CRM tools, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. The role also involves resolving operational challenges and ensuring seamless execution of revenue-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the tech or education industry is a plus
