The Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for analyzing internal and external customer data and supporting management and the division through research and planning.
Requirements
- Compile and prepare key data elements
- Collaborate with management to develop business solutions
- Gather data and support benchmarking, KPI’s, and business plans research initiatives
- Monitor and maintain surveys and dashboards
- Support survey execution through call lists and survey creation and management
