The Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for analyzing internal and external customer data and supporting management and the division through research and planning.

Requirements

  • Compile and prepare key data elements
  • Collaborate with management to develop business solutions
  • Gather data and support benchmarking, KPI’s, and business plans research initiatives
  • Monitor and maintain surveys and dashboards
  • Support survey execution through call lists and survey creation and management
