Are you ready to make an impact?

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategic positioning and messaging for Observe.ai’s Conversational Intelligence platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with our product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, lead generation campaigns, and customer retention programs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Understand our customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape to develop unique positioning, messaging, and value proposition within the contact center space
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work cross functionally on strategic planning and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth with our customer facing teams
  • Sales Enablement:Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create compelling sales tools and collateral (e.g., case studies, product demos, presentations) that effectively communicate our product features and benefits
  • Product Launches: Work alongside the product management team to plan and execute product launches and coordinate with various GTM teams to ensure successful enablement, implementations, and customer adoption
  • Customer Insights:Conduct customer and market research to gain insights into customer needs and feedback, and use these insights to guide product development and marketing strategies
  • Reports to the head of product marketing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics and product analytics
  • Experience with product launch and go-to-market strategies
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and the B2B technology market
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills
  • Proven track record of driving growth in B2B SaaS; contact center experience is a plus
