Observe.AI is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive solution adoption, empower Contact Centers, and drive customer retention. The role will involve process change, product adoption, customer health monitoring, and executive-level relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience owning clients in a CSM capacity for a SaaS solution
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models, customer success methodologies, and customer lifecycle management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Data-driven, process-oriented individual with a track record of up-leveling products/processes/people
