Role Overview
Obsidian is looking for a highly organized Sales Enablement Program Manager to be the connective tissue of our go-to-market enablement engine. As our field, SE, and TAM teams scale fast, this role keeps the enablement machine running—owning the platforms, content operations, vendors, and events that let us produce more high-quality enablement, faster.
What You Will Do
Own enablement platforms, run enablement operations, manage BDR and field PG content, own vendor management, support MMEC operations, coordinate enablement events, measure and report, and turn data into personalized enablement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, program/project management, or a related GTM operations role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Hands-on experience administering an enablement or LMS platform, strong project and program management skills, experience managing vendors, tools, and content operations end-to-end, excellent organizational and communication skills, and analytically minded.
