Obsidian Security is seeking a Sr Sourcer for GTM and Leadership to play a pivotal role in our hiring strategy. The successful candidate will have experience in sourcing sales and marketing professionals and be able to develop a pipeline quickly.
Requirements
- 3 years+ sourcing experience in technical or go to market recruiting
- Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques
- Experience implementing creative approaches to recruiting, with knowledge of the latest creative resources and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
