Marketing Operations Rep – Loyalty- Part Time

The Marketing Operations Representative is responsible for greeting guests, registering them for the Player’s Club or Special Events, assisting with event setup and closure, and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position based at both the Player’s Club and Special Events.

Requirements

  • Greet guests pleasantly and courteously.
  • Answer questions about loyalty programs and rewards.
  • Enter customer information into a database.
  • Manage stanchion ropes, signage, and other set-up items.
  • Comply with company policies and New Jersey regulations.
  • Lift at least 25lbs and work weekends/holidays.
