Octane AI is looking for a Partner Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in expanding and nurturing our agency and tech partner ecosystem—driving awareness, generating leads, and creating meaningful revenue opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with top eCommerce agencies and technology partners, developing high-impact co-marketing initiatives, scalable growth programs, and collaborative campaigns supporting both Octane AI and our partners.

What You’ll Do

Partnership Management

  • Own and grow relationships with key US-based ecommerce agencies—supporting their success and expanding our partner network.
  • Work with our agency partners to onboard new customers and clients to Octane AI
  • Identify and onboard new agency partners, increasing Octane AI’s presence and influence in the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, uncovering new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners—providing updates on referrals, product advancements, promotions, and key developments.
  • Analyze partner performance and offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with some of our key tech partners—coordinating on integrations, webinars, case studies, and other collaborations.
  • Equip partners with the resources, enablement materials, and tools they need to generate demand and close new business.

Demand Generation

  • Work closely with Octane AI’s marketing team to develop and execute high-impact promotions, campaigns, and co-sponsorship opportunities.
  • Create compelling presentations and marketing collateral that showcase the value of partnering with Octane AI.

Relationship Building

  • Foster strong internal collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to ensure seamless partner support.
  • Serve as a key point of contact (alongside the Director of Partnerships) for our eCommerce agency and tech partners—providing exceptional service and resolving any issues.
  • Event & Community Activation
  • Attend and represent Octane AI at major ecommerce events (travel required).
  • Plan and execute virtual partner-hosted and Octane AI-hosted events (e.g., webinars).
  • Support the Director of Partnerships in executing in-person events, such as conferences, private dinners, and partner meetups.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or business development in ecommerce, preferably a SaaS product.
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration and strategic growth.
  • You have a track record of executing successful co-marketing initiatives with partners.
  • You use Hubspot, Klaviyo, Shopify, and PartnerStack with mastery.
  • You have a talent for public speaking and creating impactful events, both large and small, virtual and in-person.
  • You’re comfortable analyzing performance data to optimize partnership strategies.
  • You’re eager to travel and represent Octane AI at key industry events.

  • Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 + commission 🌎
