Growth Specialist

At Octopus Energy, we’re looking for a Growth Specialist who understands that growth doesn’t happen by accident. The role will be the tactical engine of the Growth team, working closely with the Growth Manager to optimize the entire user journey.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Growth, CRO, CRM, Marketing Automation or Product Marketing positions
• Domination of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze funnels, segmentations and user behavior
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion event measurement
• Ability to create wireframes and functional prototypes in Figma
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Comfort managing content and making changes in modern CMS
• Ability to translate complex data into clear actions
