They are seeking a Growth Leader to drive revenue growth in Australia by expanding client penetration and strengthening the Account Management team. The role involves strategy execution, revenue management, and coaching a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • 8+ years + sales, business development and relationship management experience.
  • Experience selling a multiple-product value proposition / working in SaaS.
  • SalesForce experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value pools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing product expansion strategies.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
  • Tech Savvy with experience in AI
