Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business Analytics/Data Analytics (Required)
- Degree in data science, analytics, statistics, business, or related field.
- Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM/database management systems.
- Demonstrated experience creating in-house modeling scores.
- Strong understanding of donor behaviors and fundraising cycles.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.
