Strategic Analytics Lead, Corporate FP&A

Okta is seeking an innovative and data-driven Strategic Analytics Lead to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role involves transforming complex business challenges into clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations using advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller with data, comfortable navigating uncertainty, and passionate about pioneering the use of AI and other technologies to enhance the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related discipline).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Fluency in SQL and analytical tools/languages like Python or R.
• Experience with Machine Learning applications and enterprise data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
• Exceptional business acumen and communication skills.
