This role involves managing event logistics, coordinating team leadership, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring smooth process delivery for all growth projects. The role is critical for building Singapore’s next phase of regulated digital asset growth.
Requirements
- Manage logistics and coordination for events, client sessions, and ecosystem activations.
- Coordinate CEO and COO participation in OKX SG events, including scheduling, briefing materials, and logistics.
- Maintain shared trackers, process documents, and reporting dashboards for growth activities.
- Support internal planning and reporting processes for the Growth team, including budget tracking and vendor management.
